The Fairfield-Suisun Sewer District's Service Area
The District was created by the California Legislature to serve the incorporated cities of Fairfield and Suisun City, including Travis Air Force Base.
In most cases, properties within the cities of Fairfield or Suisun City are required by ordinance to connect to the municipal sewer system. Except in a few very limited situations, parcels in unincorporated Solano County are not legally allowed to connect to the municipal sewer system. Parcels that are currently unincorporated, but are considering annexation into either Fairfield or Suisun City, may be evaluated for connection to the municipal sewer system. There is no process for annexing into the District independent of annexing into Fairfield or Suisun City.

Unincorporated Solano County

Within unincorporated Solano County, the District is only legally allowed to serve specific properties within:
- Old Cordelia
- Suisun Valley Road/Rockville Corners
- Middle Green Valley Specific Plan Area
